Imagine that you've just left our coffee meeting, or hung up the phone from our discovery call. We talked, we laughed, we clicked, and you signed on as my newest client. YAY! So glad you're here. Now - lets get to the fun part!
We will have two in person meetings, time allowing, to plan the details of your day. The first to dig in, get to know your vision, give guidance, go through the client decor collection options, and get to work on what still needs to be done. The second meeting will be to fine tune those details, and any other plans we make in the time between the meetings via email, phone calls, or text messages.
You do have unlimited phone call meetings, and of course are free to text me anytime to ask questions or seek guidance. Im always happy to help!
In the final month prior to your wedding, I will attend your venue to do a final walkthrough with you. This is the meeting where we really start to map out those final details such as your floor plan and any other set up needs. This is the month I will create the FINAL timeline for us, and make sure all vendors are aware of their arrival times and set up accommodations.
On wedding day I will be there from the moment we have allowance into the venue, until we lock up that night. From set up to throwing the last plate away at the end of the night, I am there. That being said, I am going to see a lot of things you wont, because you'll be too busy being a bride! At the end of the night, I like to gift my clients with a sweet little behind the scenes polaroid memory book of some fun, cute, or just unseen moments that I witnessed throughout the day for you and your new forever partner to look through once you make it to your accommodations that evening!

In The Standard you start this journey with me as your coordinator with access to all those highlights mentioned above! We will work together as a team to make sure you have the best wedding day and tons of great memories!

$1750 + Travel
This package adds a little sizzle to The Standard. While you still have access to everything you would in The Standard, now we have the added cushion of a second coordinator joining us on wedding day from arrival through the end of the ceremony, centerpiece + sweetheart table design and mock up, as well as assistance with those payment deadlines that sneak up on ya!
