Frequently Asked Questions
Are you licensed + Insured?
Yes! I know that venues like all vendors to be both licensed and insured for liability purposes, so I can assure you that I am both!
PAYMENT; HOW DOES IT WORK?
At the time of your contract signing, 50% of the total cost is due as a booking fee. The remainder will be do one week prior to your wedding.
Is this your first year in weddings?
Yes and no.
While I did just launch this business , I am no stranger to the wedding industry. I am actually a photographer as well, and have shot or assisted in numerous weddings.
In addition to that, I have been a bridesmaid more times than I can count at this point, AND planned my own wedding. I am no stranger to timelines, and all things wedding. I've taken notes at every wedding of things that "I would do if I were the coordinator" - which is how this all got started!
Do you offer a courtesy hold on weddings dates?
Yes! Once you place an inquiry and we schedule a time to either meet or have a discovery call, your date is held. After our meeting, the date remains on hold for 3 days to give you and your fiancé or whomever time to discuss. At the end of the three days, if I have not heard back from you, I reach out to see what next steps we will be taking!
DO YOU ATTEND REHEARSAL DINNERS?
Yes! As long as I do not have a wedding or a previous engagement the day before your wedding, I will be at your rehearsal to make sure we run through the ceremony a time or two and get everyone nice and comfortable with their roles the following day. Where to stand, how to walk, who they’re walking with, etc.
Do I need to include you in my headcount for catering?
Since I will be on site with you all day, I do ask that I be included in meal counts. Many venues will not allow the coordinator to leave site, and even if they did I am way to busy making sure things get set up, making sure people arrive, and making sure your vision is carried out just the way you want it to be to leave and grab lunch or dinner on my own.
