FAQ

Are you licensed + insured?

Yes! I carry both a business license as well as business insurance! This helps protect me, you, and the venue!

Do you come to my rehearsal? Should my officiant?

Of course! I know that a lot of questions typically come up during the rehearsal, and I love to be there to help walk you through it as well as ensure day of we all know exactly what will be happening!

I always love when the officiant can join us, in case they have any questions for me or if we have nay last minute e instructions for them. If they can't, it's not at all a problem! I'll watch them up on wedding day and ensure we're all good!

How long should a wedding rehearsal last?

I always tell my client to let the participants know to expect an hour! The rehearsal itself will be quick, but the getting lined up in order, explaining how to stand, where to sit, etc can take a minute and we don’t want to rush through this!

How long will you be there on wedding day?

Start to finish, friend! Partial planning + Coordination include me on site for 13 hours, which is a typical wedding day. Signature gives an extra hour - should we need it.

Do you help with set up / tear down?

Yes!

For set up - you will have myself and assistant there handling set up of your tables capes and other miscellaneous decor!

At the end of the night I am helping clean and pack up as well to ensure we get the venue back to its original state and send you all on your way before venue closing.

We don't include furniture set up/placement/tear down unless the appropriate additions were booked as this requires more hands on deck.

where should I start with wedding planning?

The venue. Get it locked in! This will help with everything else. Booking vendors (you have a date and location for them now), you now how long you have access to the venue, you have an idea of the layout of the space and hat you have to play with decor and seating wise... so much is based off the space you choose!

"Nothing could’ve prepared us for the chaos of the actual day: we were evacuated from our first venue due to flooding, and then a tornado touched down at our backup location. But through it all, Destiny and her team were an absolute rock. Calm, focused, and somehow everywhere at once — she coordinated vendors, communicated with guests, managed timelines, and made sure the entire day still felt joyful and full of love.

I truly don’t know how she did it, but she saved our wedding. What could’ve been a disaster turned into a story we’ll remember forever (for all the right reasons), and that’s entirely because of Seamless Sundays."
